Neal is a versatile business leader who champions innovation and consistently sets course and strategy while delivering rapid, sustained and profitable growth.  His reputation is one of reimagining companies on the brink of innovation thus allowing for rapid growth. He provides leadership and direction that disrupts and penetrates markets transforming expanding companies into market leaders. 

Neal is an insightful cross-functional team builder and mentor capable of delivering goal-driven business strategies and business transformation while driving financial success.  Neal is a possessor of strong business principals, acumen and leadership skills which enable him to identify resources and processes necessary to face day to day business customary and uncustomary business challenges head-on.

Neal is a seasoned and multi-faceted executive with both public and private company experience at both the chairman and CEO level. He is experienced in law, executive board participation and management, business development and continuous process improvement. He has consistently created and implemented goal-driven business strategies.  As an astute C-suite Executive, he transforms operational chaos into emblems of synergistic efficiency effectuating strategic breakthroughs allowing for the penetration into new markets thus leading companies to the next level of efficiency.

Neal is uber comfortable working within high pressure, deadline-intensive environments, while adhering to sound business principles. He relies on continual process improvement to ensure program optimization and execution which leads to cost savings and revenue growth.

As a successful entrepreneur Neal has owned and operated many businesses to include: a Nissan car dealership, a waste management company and several health-care companies. His public sector tenure was in the energy sector having been the past Chairman/CEO of a publicly traded energy company.   He has formally represented and performed as an agent for numerous American professional athletes negotiating contracts totaling in excess of $350,000,000 over a 20-year period.

Neal is an inventor who holds two gaming related patents and via these patents is a principal and majority shareholder in a going concern global gaming company. He serves currently as legal liaison between the Company’s patent, gaming, and regulatory attorneys. As a principal of Ishango Capital Partners, Neal uses his experience, knowledge and skill as a force-multiplier as necessary and required to support and enhance Ishango Capital Partner’s corporate mandates.

Neal is a proud father of four, as well as proud University of Southern California Trojan. Fight On!

OLIVIER FOUSSE

Managing Partner

Olivier is a talented serial entrepreneur with over 2 decades of experience in information technologies. He has honed his skills primarily in the investment banking sector while working in concert with portfolio managers and traders in order to platform and support advanced trading systems. His passion as a technologist allows Olivier to inject his expertise and knowledge into the various ventures that garner his curiosity and attention. Consistently, Olivier demonstrates his ability to improve efficiency, relevance and ROI by using and designing cutting-edged products and methodologies.

Olivier is no stranger to the “C-Suite” of both public and private companies. He has served as COO of a public company that provided global energy solutions, CTO of a startup offering real estate solutions, Managing Partner in a company involved in commodity trading and currently is the CTO and co-founding partner of a global gaming company.

Olivier’s prowess as a certified and renowned Azure Cloud expert, along with being a specialist in IT and IOT consulting and application development is invaluable to Ishango Capital Partners remaining “cutting edge” and relevant in today’s everchanging and dynamic technology environment. He leverages this intellectual capital in order to best assess and lead Ishango Capital Partners technology initiatives as Ishango Capital Partners actively pursues and engages new ventures within the African continent and beyond.

Olivier earned his Bachelor of Applied Physics at the University of Paris Jussieu and his Master’s in Computer Science at ESIG Paris. Born in France in 1977, Olivier is a “global citizen” who currently operates from the United States.

DIKINA WEDI

Corporate Attorney

Adv. Dikina C. Wedi, is a bilingual (French/English), dual-qualified, multi-jurisdictional business lawyer, with more than 15 years in-house experience in international corporate, commercial and business law. Her almost two  decades of professional counsel has produced exceptional results evidenced by having represented businesses to the highest levels of legal compliance enabling their optimal performance. She is a dynamic integer that has been consistently instrumental in  the overall growth and success of her clients.   

With an LLB (Law) degree and an LLM Master’s degree in international business law, Dikina commenced her legal journey as an in-house corporate lawyer in Paris, France. Across a diverse geographic landscape and fast evolving global market, Dikina initially developed her deep knowledge of commercial law and its practical application and operation in the pharmaceutical industry. She then transitioned into the sectors of construction, integrated logistics, bulk food distribution, facilities management, mining, oil & gas sectors across the African continent.

Throughout her career as corporate in-house counsel, Dikina has led and coordinated legal support teams in various multi-million US Dollar cross border African investment and development projects and ventures. A Pan-African at heart, Dikina is passionate about participating in the rise of Africa, and she continues to be an advocate and a driving force in the legal industry with regards to top level policy changes by championing, advising on and facilitating the success of Africa-focused investment and development projects and ventures.

As in house counsel and as a Partner in Ishango Capital Partners, when presented with any challenge Dikina applies her legal expertise along with her acute  understanding of effective international business law to said challenge. In providing Ishango Capital Partners with focused and actionable, strategic legal strategies that can be executed within critical timelines concomitant with essential mandates, Dikina insures that Ishango Capital Partners is legally compliant and adheres to all applicable jurisdictional governance directives, regulations and mandates.

 

 

 

DAREN ALLEN

Carbon Credit Director

Daren Allen’s diverse background fully supports his position as Ishango Capital Partners’, Head of Carbon Credit Advisory. Daren’s ability to always exercise honor while achieving the highest level of professionalism concomitant with any task and challenge with which he is presented, and faces is his hallmark.

During his various deployments in the United States Army, he was able to experience first-hand the transformation of several domestic military installations from, “on grid” electricity users to, “off-grid” self-sustainable solar powered military bases. Several of these military facilities, operating as, “mini cities” supported millions of army personnel. The Forward Operating Bases, (FOB) also operated “off-grid” and represented some of the most technologically advanced solar and battery array systems available in the market today.

Daren additionally leverages his almost 10-year past experience in the real estate property preservation sector where he managed a multi-million dollar rolling portfolio of residential and commercial properties. His clients included multinational banking clients including Bank of America, BB&T, SunTrust, and Wells Fargo. He was instrumental in fostering the rejuvenation process of multiple neighborhoods and communities across the southeastern part of the United States.

While serving in the United States Army, Daren also excelled in logistics and operations. His leadership positions, supported by his top rated security clearance, allowed him to lead numerous enlisted soldiers into critical and tactical, “in theater”, missions where lives were often in the balance. His mentorship helped countless women and men to better serve their country. Daren’s departure from the United States Army with an Honorable Discharge was well deserved. Ishango Capital Partners is thankful for his service.

It was Daren’s experience as the CEO and president of a private worldwide logistics company where he began to notice the negative impact, in general, that worldwide logistics was having on the environment. Specifically, climate change and changing weather patterns tended to make many aspects of logistics planning unpredictable and cost inefficient. He realized that climate change was undeniable and that he needed to become part of the solution and not a contributor to the problem.

Daren’s quest began to become fully educated on all aspects of the nascent, “Carbon Credit” industry. He has become not only educated in all things Carbon Credit but also a noted professional and leader amongst his peers in this field. Daren not only recognized the benefits to the environment that Cabon Credits offered but also the vast potential in the monetization and trading of Carbon Credits. Daren’s affinity for Africa along with his understanding of Africa’s vast and untapped Carbon Credit potential supported his eventual full-time transition to Johannesburg, South Africa in order to fully support Ishango Capital Partners’ efforts there.

As Head of Advisory for Ishango Capital Partners’ Carbon Credit division, Daren leverages his demonstrated leadership, exceptional operational skills along with his acquired Carbon Credit knowledge to provide its clients with real-time and actionable intelligence in order to facilitate sustainable and profitable Carbon Credit initiatives. Accepting and dealing with the everchanging landscape and fast pace of the Carbon Credit industry, Daren is the much-needed compass that Ishango Capital Partners needs to successfully navigate within this complex global business environment.   He is the cornerstone of our mandate that insures that Ishango Capital Partners moves boldly and decidedly in its purpose to advance our Carbon Credit initiative in Africa.

 

 

Daren has over 8 years’ experience in the real estate industry of property preservation. He has renovated and helped to be a part of the rejuvenation process of neighborhood and communities. One of Daren’s main focuses is to always reach the highest level of honor and excel in any project he faces. After his time in the real estate industry, he decided to do one of the most self-less acts and decided to join the US Army and become a discipline, fearless and well decorated soldier. He got promote form Logistics in one year of being in the Army, then gets promoted to Operations in his second year, holding a high-level clearance. In his position he has manger to lead many lower Enlisted soldiers, helping them to be become better men and woman. After his service to the United States Army, he was release with an Honorable discharge.

Then he moved on to becoming the CEO /President of private company A2z Worldwide Logistic LLC, where the company haul and broker freight in the United State of America ranging around 40 to 60 thousand US Dollars a month in revenue. His determination and dedication to his mission made him unbreakable and sustainable in any environment, he will always adapt and move with a certain professionalism that is hard to find. While holding his CEO position, Daren noticed the change in the climate along with the weather. He then dedicated his time to learn and becoming one of the best Carbon Credit Professionals he can be. After stepping down from his CEO position, Daren studied the ever-growing industry of Carbon Credits/Offsets and saw not only the business opportunity but also the good that the initiative can do for Africa. Now, Daren have made it his mission to help one Africa country at a time, to get one step closer to becoming carbon free.
